Japan will get a new exclusive version: discover the BMW 6 Series Grand Coupé Edition

The Japanese love BMW, that is a fact. They love it so much that they are lucky the brand is committed to them and from time to time gives them as a gift a limited special edition that can only be bought in Japan. On this occasion, we take a closer look at the BMW 6 Series Grand Coupé Edition, a car that can only be purchased in this market and that is truly spectacular.
The official name of this model is BMW 640i Gran Coupe Celebration Edition Exclusive Sport, and only 33 lucky Japanese buyers will be able to sit behind the wheel with full rights. The features present in this exclusive version are some of those that can be found as options in the range.

To begin with, we can see that the bodywork is painted in Sapphire Black Metallic and that its wheels are fitted with 20-inch light alloy M Performance wheels. It has also received front and rear side skirts. That covers the exterior, but the interior is even more attractive.
There we find a Nappa leather covering, complemented by decorative elements in cognac and black. The contrast provided by the stitching, as well as the roof in Alcantara, make for a perfect setting for the Harman Kardon sound system, which consists of 16 speakers and two subwoofers.
When it comes to equipment, here we have to make do with what the base model uses, so the lucky buyers will have to “make do” with heated seats and four-zone automatic climate control, as well as all the driver assistance systems that these cars usually come with. Those who want this car will have to pay 13.4 million yen, which is roughly just over 115,000 euros. Would you like to be able to drive one of them?
