KGM raises the stakes with a bigger discount on the Torres, bringing it below 25,000 euros

KGM, a brand that before its name change last summer we knew as SsangYong, wants to start 2025 with a strong push in sales, using one of the most recent models added to its lineup, the Torres, as a guinea pig. Moreover, KGM doesn’t want to attract customers with special editions or extra equipment, but through their wallets, that is, with a generous discount.

To be honest, the KGM Torres already comes with a wide and appealing list of standard equipment even in its most basic trim, and let’s not forget that in Spain the Torres is sold in the Trend, Life and Adventure trims. In this way, we can see that beneath the eye-catching look of the Torres, even the Trend trim includes equipment such as the following:

On the mechanical side, and while we wait for a fully electric version to arrive, the KGM Torres is offered with only one engine: a 1,500 cc GDI turbo petrol engine producing 163 CV, which sends power to the front axle through either a manual or an automatic gearbox, although with the latter you can also choose all-wheel drive. With this same engine line-up you can also request an LPG conversion, which additionally gives you the ECO label from the DGT.

All of this is what the KGM Torres offers in its entry-level Trend trim, which has a base price of 34,000 euros. Now it has a larger campaign discount of 6,000 euros, to which we can add another 2,000 euros from the financing promotion and another 1,000 euros for loyalty, leaving the Torres Trend at a final price of 24,700 euros.
