Leaked renders show the possible look of the Seat Exeo

Lately it seems that patent offices are a good way to anticipate future launches. After recently seeing renders of the new Mazda 3 coming next year, now others without a name have surfaced from the World Intellectual Property Organization, registered by Seat in 2007, showing what the new saloon, the Exeo, could look like.

At first glance, the only thing visible is an Audi A4 B7 with a different front and rear, although it’s best to wait for the final result, which could change that impression. In profile it is identical to the German car, but the front follows the style of the new Ibiza, and the rear is also somewhat different. Overall, it is similar to the sketches published a couple of months ago.

Inside, on the other hand, a much more radical change is expected, with an evolution in quality that will set it apart from previous models of the Spanish brand.

Having chosen the platform of the previous A4 B7, now abandoned by Audi, Seat could manage to amortize it so that the cost of the Exeo is kept low, as is its selling price, and it could also offer systems such as all-wheel drive, since the German car was prepared for that.

The Exeo is expected to be presented at the Paris Motor Show in October, going on sale next year, and will be manufactured at the Martorell plant. It will come in saloon and estate variants, and given the short time left before Seat launches it, the design will probably not differ much from these renders we leave you below:
