Last week we discussed the desire of Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera to revive the studio’s name with the presentation of the Maserati Quattroporte Bellagio Fastback and a modern car that had not been known about, as the details were reserved for its debut at the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este.

Finally, this car was also unveiled, based on the platform of a Maserati. The concept, called A8 GCS Berlinetta Touring, captures the spirit of Italian sports cars of yesteryear, combined appropriately with touches of modernity throughout the design of the sports car.

The only thing mentioned about the engine is that it was developed entirely in-house, and we will have to wait for more information regarding the performance offered by this car.

Another important detail is the creation of a new wheel brand called Borrani, which expresses the distinctive trait of Italian cars of the past and is characterized by being developed specifically for high-performance cars.
