Mini Multitone Edition, and which one do you choose?
Mini has launched a limited edition called Multitone Edition, are you able to choose one?

The Mini Multitone Edition has arrived! Multitone technology comes to the bodywork and interiors of the Mini 3-door, Mini 5-door and Mini Clubman. The brand’s original roof design has always been a special feature of premium British models, which customers have used to emphasise their own individual style. From the colourful 26-colour striped version of the MINI Paul Smith to the British Union Jack and the elegant colour gradient of the Multitone roof, the roof has always been the perfect canvas for individual and expressive design throughout the history of Mini.
The new Mini Multitone Edition, as the brand itself has stated, “celebrates the diversity of the Mini community and adds exclusive exterior and interior details to its expressive design. The colour variations of the new special edition allow fans of the manufacturer to express their own personality and be part of the brand’s modern journey”.
The brand has also pointed out that the new colour gradient extends from the windscreen frame to the rear. “From the light Aspen White at the front of the roof, the colour scheme elegantly transitions to the subdued grey Melting Silver II, and then changes to Jet Black at the rear”.
Mini Multitone Edition Indian Summer Red, a very limited edition

It is worth mentioning that the BMW group brand has taken advantage of the launch and developed the Indian Summer Red colour exclusively for the Mini Clubman. The graphic rainbow of the special edition represents diversity, as well as a positive attitude, and is depicted as an abstract white logo over the two complementary colours: red (Indian Summer) and green (Sage). The Mini 3- and 5-door, meanwhile, is available in Sage Green paint.
The letters of “Multitone”, which give the vehicle its name, together with the rainbow in complementary colours, characterise the design of the door sill trims and reappear as a badge on the driver’s and passenger’s floor mats. The abstract rainbow runs across the dashboard and adorns the sun visors. The multifunction sports leather steering wheel with the edition emblem on the lower rim is a pleasure to hold, as is the personalised key cover.
The wheels feature exclusive wheel caps in a two-tone colour scheme and, depending on the model, can be fitted with 17-inch Scissor Spoke 2-Tone alloy wheels or 18-inch Pulse Spoke 2-Tone or Multiray Spoke alloy wheels.

As Mini has confirmed, “the high-contrast colour gradient on the roof is unique in the competitive environment. It accentuates the characteristic three-part silhouette of the Mini and becomes an expression of personal style. This special look is made possible by the innovative wet-on-wet painting process used by the brand in Oxford. With this Spray Tech paint finish, the three colour tones are applied directly one after another. Due to variations in ambient conditions, deviations in the colour pattern may occur, which makes each Mini Multitone Edition vehicle unique”.
