New 1.6 VTi 120 CV engine for the Peugeot 308 CC

The Peugeot 308 CC range is now complemented by a new petrol engine (we have tested the HDi diesel), an engine that had already been announced and that will represent the entry-level step into the petrol range of the French coupé & cabrio, since until now only the 1.6 THP petrol engine with 150 CV was available.
The new 1.6 VTi engine with 120 CV of power has a top speed of 195 km/h and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 12.0 seconds. Its average consumption is 7.1 l/100 km and its CO2 emissions are 164 g/km. The new petrol engine is paired with a five-speed manual gearbox.
The starting price with the new 120 CV petrol engine is 26,600 euros, including a complete specification with items such as ESP, MP3, dual-zone climate control, alloy wheels, trip computer, fog lights, leather-wrapped steering wheel and the electric pack, among other features.
Without doubt it is a good option for accessing a fairly complete coupé & cabrio for less than 30,000 euros.
