New Jeep Wrangler 2024: deep redesign in design and equipment

The iconic off-roader from the North American brand receives a notable facelift with new design elements and interesting technology improvements
On the occasion of the New York Auto Show 2023, Jeep has presented the latest update to its Wrangler, an update that comes loaded with news in both its exterior and interior design and, in its technology equipment section, which has been brought up to date to offer the latest in connectivity.
Starting first with its design news, the new Wrangler features numerous elements that give it a more modern and attractive touch, beginning with its new, smaller grille in black, its front bumper with more streamlined shapes, and the new light clusters with LED technology.
A more current look
From the side view, the new Jeep Wrangler features new standard 17-inch wheels, although 20-inch wheels are also offered as optional equipment, giving it a more aggressive touch.
Looking at the rear, the Wrangler also features rear lights with LED technology, a new rear bumper and a new range of colours to suit the tastes of as many customers as possible and give a more current touch to this iconic off-roader, ideal for enjoying off the tarmac.
Greater digital presence
Inside, there are also major new features in the new Wrangler 2024, where we now find a new touchscreen for the 12.3-inch infotainment system that offers a much more digital space, and an instrument cluster with new graphics.
In addition, the new Wrangler also features new seats with electric adjustment, air vents of a new design to accommodate the large touchscreen, and a new fabric roof that floods the interior of the off-roader with light.
No changes to its powertrain range
As far as its mechanical section is concerned, Jeep has confirmed there will be no news in this regard. Its entry-level variant will be equipped with the 2.0-litre, four-cylinder turbocharged engine with 274 CV, followed by the 3.6-litre V6 engine with 289 CV and the 6.4-litre V8 engine with 477 CV. Finally, the Wrangler is also offered in its 4xe plug-in hybrid version, which develops 380 CV and can travel up to 53 kilometres in 100% electric mode.
