Every serious sports car needs a minimum of care, a level of maintenance that depends not only on the price we paid for the vehicle, but also on how thorough we want or need that maintenance to be. On a young sports car it may not be so necessary, but once our car is several years old, it is essential to place it in expert hands so that it is returned to a condition as good as when it left the dealership.

Many brands today have divisions that carry out this kind of work, responsible for tuning classic models or, in our case, keeping our prized sports car as new. Until now Pagani was a brand that did not offer these services, at least not in a specific way, something it has now set out to address with the Pagani Renascimento service.

Surprising as it may seem, the Pagani Renascimento service is a great challenge for the manufacturer, as Horacio Pagani himself has said: “Bringing back the original light and splendour to these works of art is a great responsibility. Our customers trust us because we are the only ones who return a Pagani car just as it was when it left our workshop. We want to offer our customers the same thrill they felt the first time they drove their Pagani”.

Not every Pagani, however, will be accepted into the Pagani Renascimento service, as it has been created to focus on the maintenance of its most veteran model, the Zonda. With this exclusive assistance, owners of a Pagani Zonda will be able to return their sports car to its original state, where artisans will work to restore all components to their original condition, regardless of whether they are plastic or metal.

One of the most critical processes in this service will be restoring the carbon fibre parts, since the artisans must use the same moulds used in the manufacturing process, ensuring that the materials and processes employed are exactly the same as those described in the original manufacturing manuals. In addition, all work carried out on each Zonda will be recorded in a log, which will be shown to the owner once the whole process is complete, in order to preserve and certify the originality of every component.

Undoubtedly an exhaustive process, carried out with the same care devoted to the model when it was built, something entirely necessary when the model you keep in your garage is an impressive Pagani Zonda.
