Pininfarina B0: leasing from 330 euros per month

The Pininfarina B0 is an electric vehicle that is rarely seen. It was unveiled at the Paris Motor Show last year. The Pininfarina B0 is the Italian design house’s bet on electric vehicles, and with this model it is betting heavily, boasting a range of 250 km.
The electric vehicle features a series of solar panels on the front and across the entire roof that help charge the lithium-ion batteries, which also allow a top speed of 130 km/h. The vehicle also has a power socket for plugging it in at the front. In addition, the B0 charges its batteries very efficiently by harnessing energy from deceleration and braking.
The Pininfarina B0 can be acquired under a leasing (rental) arrangement from 330 euros per month, with the price including 24-hour assistance. The B0 will be available in: Italy, Germany, France, Great Britain, Spain and Switzerland; it will be available within about six months. Production will take place at the Pininfarina plant in Turin, rising from 2,000 vehicles in 2011 to 10,000 in 2014.
We will be following this model very closely, since it is a fully electric alternative in the short term with capacity for four passengers, something that Europe currently still lacks.
