Porsche 911 GT3 RS 4.0, on video

Following its official presentation yesterday of this stunning supercar with 500 horsepower and 460 Nm of peak torque, today we get to see it in much more detail and, above all, in action, which we really enjoy.
Among the most compelling arguments for this new Porsche — a competition car homologated for road use — is its ability to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds, or from 0 to 200 km/h in 12 seconds. That latter time is roughly what a basic compact car takes to go from 0 to 100 km/h, and that’s no small feat.
Even so, this new Porsche still has a lot to say, especially at the Nürburgring where, according to the German manufacturer itself, it once set a lap time of 7:27 minutes. That time places it ahead of far more expensive vehicles such as the Pagani Zonda F or the legendary Porsche Carrera GT, while falling just short of, but very close to, beasts like the Ferrari Enzo or the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1.
