If you’re into the whole tuning scene, you’re surely keeping up with the latest work from Tintek, a Czech company specialising in wrapping your bodywork, much like those chrome wheels that were all the rage a few years ago.

Well, to promote their work, they didn’t find anything better to do than give a chrome bath to a poor Chevrolet Camaro SS that had no fault in the matter, turning what was a really attractive car into a blinding vehicle.

According to the company responsible, this is the first vehicle to sport this look in the Czech Republic, which makes things even worse, since importing a Camaro from the United States to commit this atrocity is, to say the least, rather objectionable.

At least we can take comfort in the company’s claim that this chrome finish was achieved by applying special vinyl wraps over the original paint, so once they tire of promoting the poor Camaro, let’s hope it returns to its original condition without any major problem.

If you’re interested in this work but the chrome silver colour doesn’t appeal to you enough, there’s no need to worry, since Tintek also offers the option of customising your vehicle in other chrome shades: gold, black, green, blue, orange, red and violet. Each to their own.

Without further ado, here’s the video showing off their, to say the least, spectacular work.
