Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo, construction details

As a Christmas gift, Porsche has decided to release a new promotional video where the stars are the Panamera Sport Turismo and its manufacturing process, something truly surprising and not only because it involves a Porsche, but a prototype of the legendary German brand.

Nine and a half minutes of a video clip where craftsmanship, beauty and engineering come to life thanks to the relaxing background music that always characterizes and accompanies the brand’s promotions. In it, its designers aim to show us all the details of Porsche’s first estate car together with the different steps a prototype must go through before being shown to the public.

According to Mitja Borkert, Porsche’s Head of Design, the Panamera Sport Turismo has exterior lines very similar to those we see today, the style of a four-door, four-seat coupé, but unlike the one currently on sale, our star offers a larger boot thanks to its estate-style rear.

The Sport Turismo previews both the technology and the exterior and interior lines that the next generation of the Panamera will use, which will be offered in more than one body style. For now, we cannot rule out a coupé and convertible based on this large model.
