Renault and Ahorn are joining forces to produce a new generation of motorhomes based on the Renault Master

The Renault Master is the commercial vehicle on which the new motorhome and camper van models arriving in 2026 will be built.

Renault Master Ahorn Camper (3)

Motorhomes and camper vans are all the rage and are becoming a very appealing option for getting around during the holidays, offering not only a vehicle but also a place to sleep and feel at home during the journey. Renault is the manufacturer of one of the most widely used models for converting vans into camper vehicles, and it has now teamed up with Ahorn Camp to create a new generation of these camper vehicles.

The Renault Master has become a very popular vehicle for conversion into a camper, so it will serve as the base on which the converter can work to offer a fairly complete range of camper vehicles and motorhomes that will be sold at Ahorn and Renault Pro+ dealerships. That said, for the time being it is not known whether this range will reach Spain.

Experience and innovation

Renault brings its experience building the van on which this new range of camper vehiclesRenault Master Ahorn Camper (1) will be mounted, while Ahorn contributes its know-how and the components from its catalogue to convert commercial vans into motorhomes. These will be manufactured through the

Erwin Hymer

group, another specialised company that will create a quality product ready to be marketed compared with other brands on the European market.

The base of the Renault Master offers technological equipment focused on the driver, without forgetting the comfort and convenience of the occupants. The new series will consist of nine motorhomes and two camper vans. Each of these models is designed for a different type of user, for different families who may need different configurations for their trips and holidays.

Ahorn already knows the Renault Master well, as it has worked with three different generations of the model, so it knows what it can offer and how to get the most out of it. The result of this new collaboration can be seen at the Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf, which takes place from 29 August to 7 September. Let’s hope they decide to sell these models in Spain so we can enjoy them on our holidays.
