Renault Twingo and Le Coq Sportif: French design

The French brand presents us with the first special edition model of the Twingo, together with the French clothing brand “Le Coq Sportif”. A model with specific designs, including the French flag.

Renault has taken very little time to show us the first exclusive design of its new Twingo model. The aforementioned Twingo “le coq sportif” combines the white body colour with asymmetric stripes along the cabin, featuring the French colours on the left side, extending up to the roof.

Other notable features are the mirror caps and the rear bumper with red details, as well as the front grille with blue details. The clothing brand badge, also included, can be found on the side door mouldings.

As for the interior, we find colours and materials representative of the brand. Elements such as the floor mats, the instrument panel, the gaiters and the base of the gear lever feature a unique design, as does the aluminium plate with the “Twingo by le coq sportif” brand.

Its equipment is superior, including the new 7-inch Renault Easy Link system with Apple CarPlay, automatic air conditioning, rear-view camera, automatic headlights and wipers, among many other things.

Engine and bodywork

The engines available for this model include three-cylinder petrol SCe 75 and TCe 95 units of 1.0 litres, both selectable with a five-speed manual gearbox or a EDC dual-clutch (turbo engine only)

This model will not be available only in white, as from spring onwards it can be found in Quartz White, Crystal White, Moon Grey and Star Black.
