Renault Twingo II, the comeback

It seems that the smallest model from the diamond brand, the Renault Twingo, has been reconsidered and the first renderings have already appeared.
According to the French forum Planete Renault, a worker at Renault reported that the car was undergoing testing in ‘phase 1’, which means it will not be the final version; the production model will come with aesthetic updates. Only the engines and various driving setups will be tested. In addition, the new model will be *less* small thanks to its 10 cm of extra length, with overall dimensions of 3.6 metres long, 1.7 wide and 1.4 high, which would put it in competition with the Citroën C2, Volkswagen Golf and Peugeot 107.
Either way, the initial engine line-up would be three petrol (1.2 with 60 and 75 CV plus a 1.2 16V with 100 CV) and two diesel as a novelty, 1.5-litre units delivering 70 and 85 CV.
