Replica of the Cheetah Coupe is being sold on eBay

In the 1960s, the only car that could stand up to the dominance of the AC Cobra was the powerful sports car built by Bill Thomas, of which only 23 units were produced before a fire destroyed the production plant.

However, a few years later some replicas of the Cheetah Coupe were built, and one of these is currently being auctioned on eBay with a starting price of 63,980 euros.

It can be deduced that an original Cheetah model would sell for a higher price than the replica, since we should remember that in its day this sports car could reach a top speed of over 300 km/h.

Furthermore, it would be very difficult for any collector who owns one of the examples sold at that time to part with it, as its design and performance are enviable.
