Richard Hammond and James May are going to make car shows in the USA

As they look for other ways to put bread on the table, if TopGear is no longer what it was, Richard Hammond and James May are packing their bags to move to the USA and produce two of the same kinds of shows there that Clarkson’s minions have in Great Britain.
Hammond is putting the final touches on the American version of a show called Hard Drive. At least in the British version, the driver (who is not Hammond) faces off against several specialists who drive different types of vehicles, ranging from racing cars to commercial vehicles such as trucks or even military ones. It seems that what he will do in the US will be similar and a spin-off of the previous show.
James May will make an adapted version of the show he hosts in Britain, called James May’s Man Lab. This is not a show about cars, but whatever it takes to fatten their wallets, those of the BBC and even the American branch of the BBC.
