Commissioned by a wealthy Chinese client, Rolls-Royce has designed an exclusive version that will be known as Rolls-Royce Ghost Chengdu Golden Sun Bird Edition. The name is inspired by a ring belonging to Chinese culture that was discovered about ten years ago.

The bodywork of this exclusive Rolls-Royce Ghost unit is two-tone, combining white with golden motifs placed on the wheels and on the line running from the grille to the tail. In addition, along the bodywork there are Oriental motifs and engravings.

Inside, the exclusivity is defined by the use of both porcelain and gold in its design. Furthermore, the headrests feature a screen print in gold thread honouring the original ring, and another detail that reminds us this is a special edition is the plate on the door openings. As for the powertrain, it is fitted with a 6.6 V12 petrol engine producing 571 CV and paired with an eight-speed automatic gearbox.
