Russian racing driver Nikolay Fomenko has just fulfilled one of his dreams by launching his own sports car company, called E.M.M.

The new manufacturer’s first project is the development of a sports car called Marussia, which will feature a hybrid system. But that is not all, as the company’s owner has mentioned that he plans to introduce an electric version in the future.

No details of the car have been revealed yet, but Russian media report that the sports car will be available with a 3.5L Nissan engine producing 240 hp for the base model and 280 hp for the higher-performance version.

To boost power, the electric motor’s assistance is expected to be enough to reach a top speed of 250 km/h and accelerate from 0-100 km/h in under 5 seconds.

The interior of the car is a technological showcase that demonstrates the manufacturer’s intention to stand out. Among its most notable features is the Yota 4G network, which uses WiMAX technology for wireless data transfer at 10 Mbps, guaranteeing internet access.

We must not forget the three LCD screens, the Bluetooth phone and the three-camera tracking system (one of which serves as a black box for the insurance company).
