Saab will have important news for September, because in addition to the presentation at the Frankfurt Motor Show of the new Saab 9-5 (whose official images we have already previewed for you), in just a few weeks the sale of the Saab 9-3X will also begin.

The first units of the Saab 9-3X will arrive in September. This version of the 9-3 Sport Hatch with a more rugged look will be available with two engines: a 2.0T petrol engine producing 210 CV with all-wheel drive (which can also run on E85 ethanol) and the 1.9 TTiD diesel engine producing 180 CV with front-wheel drive (the engine we were able to test in the Saab 9-3 Cabrio). The starting price of the Saab 9-3X will be 37,600 euros for the 1.9 TTiD 180 CV.

The equipment of the Saab 9-3X is quite complete, with air conditioning, multiple airbags, ABS + EBD, TCS, ESP, electric pack, sound system, among other features. In addition, the styling of the 9-3X features roof rails, slightly raised suspension, protected wheel arches, to give it a rugged look. The 9-3X is Saab’s entry into the segment of the Volvo XC70 or Audi Allroad.

  • 9-3X 2.0i T 210 CV XWD 41,500 euros
  • 9-3X 2.0i T 210 CV XWD Aut. 44,200 euros
  • 9-3X 2.0i T 210 CV XWD BioPower 42,500 euros
  • 9-3X 1.9 TTiD 180 CV 37,600 euros
  • 9-3X 1.9 TTiD 180 CV Aut. 40,300 euros

We are already waiting to get our hands on it to see how the Swede holds up. But in the meantime, we leave you with the Saab 9-3X spot , which has a very Nordic style and also the simplicity it has is curious.
