Seat León Cupra R310 WCE

To celebrate the León’s victory in the 2009 WTCC, a special version of the León Cupra R was presented a few days ago, with a power boost and an exterior look far more sporty than any other limited series. However, the Seat León Cupra R310 WCE will only be available on the Swiss market.
The Seat León Cupra R310 WCE takes its name from the abbreviation of “World Champion Edition”, which already hints at all the power and sportiness of this model. It will be available in black, with bi-xenon headlights or vinyl graphics created for the occasion.
Inside, it comes as standard with Recaro seats upholstered in Alcantara, a touchscreen display and cruise control. Under the hood, Seat receives help from tuner ABT, which extracts about 45 CV more from the 2.0-litre TFSI petrol engine than the León Cupra R, bringing it up to 310 CV. This gives the León Cupra R310 considerable performance, as it goes from 0 to 100 km/h in around 5.8 seconds, while its top speed is 270 km/h.
Finally, it’s worth noting that this special edition will have only 200 units destined for the Swiss market, with
a price equivalent to 32,600 euros, which is no small figure for such a high level of equipment, given that the Cupra R in Spain starts at around 29,000 euros.
