Skoda Kodiaq: ABT adds more punch to the 7-seat SUV
The Skoda Kodiaq receives an upgrade kit from the German tuner.
The Skoda Kodiaq, the largest SUV from the Czech brand, has received an ABT tuning package that improves the performance of the crossover, as well as its styling. Currently, the top-of-the-range version of the Kodiaq fits a 2.0 TSI petrol engine producing 180 CV. There is also a 2.0 TDI diesel variant producing 190 CV. But with the ABT kit, these figures reach a whole new level.
Better performance: power increases of up to 33 CV

The German tuner has launched an upgrade kit for the 2.0 TSI and 2.0 TDI engines of the Czech SUV. These upgrades include new engine control units (ECUs), which increase the Kodiaq’s performance as follows:
- 180 CV 2.0 TSI petrol engine: power increased to 213 CV and 360 Nm of torque
- 150 CV 2.0 TDI petrol engine: power increased to 180 CV and 380 Nm of torque.
- 190 CV 2.0 TDI diesel engine: power increased to 212 CV and 440 Nm of torque.
Styling changes: wheels up to 21 inches
The ABT kit also includes a series of design modifications, among which are 18- to 21-inch wheels with exclusive designs from the tuner.

Coming soon: Skoda Kodiaq RS
The Skoda Kodiaq will receive an RS version, which will be presented at the next Paris Motor Show (autumn). The most radical version of the seven-seat SUV set a record for its class on the Nürburgring circuit with Sabine Schmitz at the wheel. We will soon see it without camouflage.
