Spyker C8 Aileron: Dutch sports car with 400 CV

The Dutch manufacturer, Spyker (which builds its cars by hand), has released the official gallery of its new sports car, equipped with a 400 CV engine. The new C8 Aileron was already seen at the Geneva Motor Show, but now the official images of the handcrafted sports car have been released.
The Spyker C8 Aileron features a 4.2 V8 engine producing 400 CV and, naturally, rear-wheel drive. The engine is paired with a six-speed TF automatic gearbox. Weighing 1,425 kg, the new C8 Aileron reaches a top speed of 300 km/h and takes 4.5 seconds to reach 100 km/h.
The Spyker C8 Aileron replaces the previous C8, launched in 2000, and is already on sale at a price of €189,990 (with manual transmission) and €195,990 (automatic). It also comes with good equipment, including a multimedia system developed in collaboration with KHARMA, offering Bluetooth, iPod connectivity, digital radio and satellite navigation. The official presentation of the C8 Aileron will take place at the Concours d’Elegance Pebble Beach in a few weeks.
