Suzuki Jimny Horizon: not a goodbye, but another step towards the arrival of its electric version
Suzuki launches a special edition that marks the end of production of the combustion-engined version for the European market and paves the way for the fully electric version

The Suzuki Jimny, the small off-roader that has won hearts around the world, bids farewell to its internal combustion era in Europe with the limited special edition Jimny Horizon. This exclusive series of 900 units marks the end of an era and serves as a prelude to the arrival of a new electrified Jimny in the near future.
The Jimny Horizon comes with a body kit and unique accessories that give it an even more adventurous and distinctive character. The front grille with its retro styling, the aluminium protective plate on the bumper, the matching side skirts and the spare wheel cover bearing the brand Suzuki are just some of the details that set it apart from the standard model. The exclusive medium grey colour and the black decals complete the look, creating a robust and stylish aesthetic.

The Jimny Horizon is not just about a refreshed appearance. Inside, the two-seat configuration and flat floor allow for up to 863 litres of cargo space, making it ideal for outdoor adventures or for those who need to carry large amounts of luggage.
Same 1.5 L engine
The heart of the Jimny Horizon remains the well-known naturally aspirated 1.5-litre petrol engine, which produces 101 CV and 130 Nm of torque. In this special edition, the engine can only be paired with a manual gearbox, sending power to all four wheels.

While the Jimny Horizon marks the end of an era, it also opens the door to an exciting future. Suzuki has confirmed that it is developing a fully electric version of the Jimny, which will reach the market at some point before 2030. This new variant will allow the Jimny to meet the strict emissions regulations in Europe and will make it available as a passenger vehicle with rear seats.
From €29,490
The 900 units of the Suzuki Jimny Horizon are already available at selected Suzuki dealerships in Germany, priced at €32,340. By comparison, the base price of the Jimny on the German market is €29,490.
