Teaser of the next generation SSC Ultimate Aero

The American company Shelby Super Cars announced last month that it wanted to reclaim the title of the fastest production car in the world, and also mentioned that it would unveil the new version of the Ultimate Aero in September or October.

And it seems that development of the car has finished, since the media report that the hypercar was presented to a select group of VIP customers on 8 August at the Museum of Flight in Boeing (Seattle, United States)

It is even mentioned that the famous designer of the Ferrari 599, Maserati Birdcage, Maserati GranTurismo and the recent Lancia Stratos, Jason Castriota, was in charge of revealing the qualities of the Ultimate Aero.

The American company has not yet confirmed the information, however it has published a new teaser of the car. It also hints that we will not have to wait long to see the sports car, as it includes the title “September” at the top of the image.
