Aston Martin Vanquish Convertibles Supercars
The Aston Martin Vanquish is unveiled in the Volante convertible version, to enjoy its V12
Aston Martin boasts the most powerful and fastest convertible on the market with the new Vanquish Volante, which celebrates 60 years of the Volante name

Last September, Aston Martin announced the return of the new Vanquish, also becoming the production car with a front-mounted engine that is the most powerful and fastest currently on sale, thanks to its beautiful V12 engine, an honour that now extends to its convertible version Vanquish Volante, making it also the fastest and most powerful production convertible Aston Martin to date.
The Aston Martin Vanquish Volante also arrives at the perfect moment to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Volante name by the British brand, which it first began using back in 1965 with the Short Chassis Volante. Furthermore, the new Vanquish Volante will contribute significantly to the exclusivity of this model, as together with its coupé sibling it has a limited production of fewer than 1,000 units per year.

The new Aston Martin Vanquish Volante features the same flowing, elegant silhouette and a muscular presence as the coupé bodywork, all complemented by distinctive details inspired by Formula 1. The front ends of the two models are naturally similar, and differences begin from the windscreen rearward, as the Vanquish Volante fits a K-fold soft-top roof (K-fold) with acoustic and thermal insulation, which opens in 14 seconds and closes in 16, and can be operated while driving at speeds up to 50 km/h. Both operations can also be carried out with the key as long as you are within a two-metre radius.

At the rear, just behind the seats, is the area where the roof folds away discreetly without interrupting the lines that continue to the tail, with a highly refined design for the transverse arch that pays great attention to luxury by separating the cabin from the boot. The cabin, like that of its coupé sibling, combines physical buttons and switches with the modernity provided by the 10.25-inch TFT digital display for the instrument cluster and the 10.25-inch Pure Black touchscreen with online connectivity for the infotainment system.

Other systems fitted as standard on the Aston Martin Vanquish Volante include the Bowers & Wilkins surround sound system with 15 speakers and dual amplification or, for comfort, the Sport Plus sports seats, which are fitted as standard and can optionally be replaced with carbon-fibre Performance seats. All of this is complemented by a wide range of combinations of upholstery, inserts and colours, not to mention the possibility of creating an even more unique Vanquish Volante through personalisation by Q by Aston Martin.

Mechanically, the Aston Martin Vanquish Volante continues to use the magnificent 5,200 cc V12 TwinTurbo engine, which delivers spectacular power of 835 CV and a huge torque of 1,000 Nm, transmitted to the rear wheels through the ZF eight-speed automatic gearbox and the rear electronic differential. With the roof up, occupants will experience a noise level similar to the coupé, but once it is lowered, the stainless-steel exhaust system with unique geometry and a quad design creates a spectacular symphony, which can be enhanced further with the optional titanium exhaust system.
The Aston Martin Vanquish Volante is already available to order, with deliveries expected to begin during the third quarter of this year.
