The Batmobile takes on an F1 car
Just as Superman and Star Wars did with Red Bull in Monaco in previous seasons, Warner Bros. has injected money into the F1 team Toyota so the team can display promotional material for its new production on its cars: Batman, The Dark Knight.
Opportunities like this cannot be wasted from a marketing standpoint if there are two components that can be combined: the Toyota single-seater and the Batmobile, something that was already planned. Without a second thought, they took them out on track at Silverstone to get them running together. Obviously, the F1 car went as slowly as possible to keep up with it. There is no real comparison, much less with a film prop.
