The Citroën C4 Cactus debuts a six-speed automatic transmission and much more with the One Tone
The Citroën C4 Cactus receives a special edition offering several new design options, with new body colours and side protections, which will also feature a new six-speed automatic transmission paired with the PureTech 110 S&S engine

The Citroën C4 Cactus made a very spectacular arrival, with as many detractors as defenders of its original design. A few years later, it still enjoys enviable good health, and to the versions launched at the time, new special editions now arrive that complement the range and strengthen the model’s offer. Now comes the turn of the One Tone version, which, in addition to a fairly interesting range of colours, incorporates a six-speed automatic gearbox.
Let’s start with the most obvious point, the colours available for the One Tone edition. This version comes with Pearlescent Perle White with side protections in Dune colour and two-tone white wheels; Metallic Obsidien Black with protections in black and wheels of the same colour; and finally, Pearlescent Shark Grey with grey side protections and two-tone alloy wheels.

In terms of equipment, the new Citroën C4 Cactus One Tone has the same features as the Shine trim. This means it has Cross alloy wheels of 17 inches, white roof bars and mirror caps in Pearl colour in both variants of this shade. Added to this are a rear camera to help with parking, heated front seats, leather and fabric upholstery and specific floor mats.
The six-speed automatic transmission fitted to the model is paired with the three-cylinder PureTech 110 S&S engine, which allows a consumption of 5.1 litres per 100 km and emits 118 g/km of CO2. The gearbox uses a torque converter developed by Aisin, which allows more efficient operation. With this transmission, drivers can choose between the Sport driving mode, which promises more sporty and active behaviour, and Snow, which allows faster starts and better behaviour on low-grip surfaces.
Besides this variant, the EAT6 can be found in the Feel, Shine, Rip Curl, OneTone and Feel Business trims, although, as I mentioned earlier, it is only associated with the engine named above. The One Tone variant will begin to be marketed in February, in all European markets.
