The first Pagani in the US is a Huayra

It is not particularly unusual to see a Pagani on any street in any major US city, but it should be stressed here that this is the first time a Pagani has set foot on American tarmac, since the Huayra is the first Pagani product to meet US regulations, on a par with Euro 5.

This Huayra was brought to the US by the people at AMG, according to the Pagani HQ forum. They say AMG is going to test the engine in that country, but they will surely also want a first-hand look at what the particulars of the future commercialisation of the Huayra in North America will be.

Pagani will be opening the first two dealerships in the US, and they say several more will follow. The first orders will be delivered next year, after the Argentinian manufacturer never managed to get the Zonda approved for sale in that country.
