Compass Jeep Renegade Hybrid Cars SUV
The Jeep Renegade and Compass are now available in the Upland and High Altitude special editions
The Jeep Compass and Renegade receive the new Upland limited edition but, in addition, the Compass also adds the High Altitude limited edition

If you are considering a Jeep Renegade or Compass, you should know that the brand now offers a new special edition for both, and another one available only for the Compass. The new Upland special edition aims to combine the 4×4 characteristics of both models with improved equipment and interior, while the High Altitude special edition brings a greater dose of elegance to both the exterior and the interior.
Upland special edition

The new Jeep Renegade and Compass in the Upland special edition aim to offer you more standard equipment without losing the off-road characteristics that define both models. Both will be available in the Alpine White, Black and Colorado Red finishes, plus the Sting Gray and Shade Blue colors for this special edition, and all of them can be combined except black with the two-tone option that adds a black roof.

In terms of standard equipment, this is practically similar for both models, although there will be elements specific to one or the other, so below I specify what each one includes or what they have in common:
- Full LED headlights
- Fog lights with “cornering” function
- High beam sensor
- Roof rails
- 7-inch TFT instrument cluster (Renegade)
- Uconnect infotainment system with 8.4-inch touchscreen (Renegade)
- 10.25-inch TFT instrument cluster (Compass)
- Uconnect infotainment system with 10.1-inch touchscreen (Compass)
- Connectivity via Apple CarPlay or Android Auto
- Wipe-clean and washable seats
- Black cloth upholstery
- MetaKrome bronze finish on the dashboard (Compass)
- MetaKrome bronze painted finishes on the front speakers and air vent frames (Renegade)
- Techno leather steering wheel
- Forward Collision Warning
- Active Lane Management System
- Adaptive Cruise Control

Mechanically, both the Renegade Upland and the Compass Upland will be available only with the more powerful 4xe plug-in hybrid engine, that is, one combining a 1,300 cc turbo petrol engine coupled to a small electric motor that performs various functions on the front axle, along with, on the rear axle, another motor that helps achieve a combined output of 240 CV.

In this way, drive is to all four wheels, and the petrol engine also works together with a six-speed automatic gearbox. Nor can we forget the lithium-ion battery pack with an capacity of 11.4 kWh, which allows them to achieve a range in fully electric mode of up to 50 kilometres.
High Altitude special edition

As we mentioned earlier, the new High Altitude finish aims to provide a more elegant and refined image and will only be available for the Compass, thus moving it away from a pure 4×4 image. This finish will be available in the Alpine White, Black and Colorado Red finishes with the two-tone option except if you choose black, and will incorporate the following elements as standard equipment:
- Exclusive 19-inch wheels in black finish
- Seat upholstery combining cloth and vinyl with red stitching
- Red stitching also on the dashboard
- Seats with 2-way electric lumbar adjustment
- Full LED headlights
- Fog lights with “cornering” function
- High beam sensor
- Roof rails
- 10.25-inch TFT instrument cluster
- Uconnect infotainment system with 10.1-inch touchscreen
- Connectivity via Apple CarPlay or Android Auto
- Forward Collision Warning
- Active Lane Management System
- Adaptive Cruise Control

The Jeep Compass in the High Altitude special edition will only be available with the 130 CV e-Hybrid engine and a torque of 240 Nm, paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.
