The Lamborghini Indomable (or SF22) will be the next 2,000 HP monster!

All of this should be taken with a pinch of salt, since from those companies that come out of nowhere promising 2,000 HP in a car, we cannot expect too much. The project that two up-and-coming designers (Daniel Chinchilla Ochoa and Alberto Fernandez Albilares) created for a design programme sponsored by Lamborghini has gone beyond paper and it seems that it will become reality.

The conceptual design of the supercar – named Lamborghini Indomable – has been bought by a certain North American company called 215 Racing Inc, which has acquired the manufacturing rights to the project. This company, in turn, plans to commission the manufacturing to the Italians at Mostro Di-Potenza. And given the name of the Italian group that would build the Indomable (which will be renamed SF22), you can already imagine the result.

And the promised result will be something like this: a V8 engine, 9.4 litre GM, twin-turbo, with 2,000 horsepower and 2,000 lb-ft of torque. Such brutality will be transmitted to the tarmac through a six-speed sequential gearbox, dragging a total weight of 1,360 kg.

The performance would be as follows: from 0 to 100 in 2.5 seconds, and the top speed would be almost 427 km/h. Fifty units are planned at a price of 950,000 dollars, to be delivered in mid-next year. Will this be yet another attempt to displace the Bugatti Veyron from the podium, or will it end up in nothing like so many others?
