The Lotus Exige S Roadster will arrive in Summer
The Lotus Exige S Roadster features a 3.5-litre V6 engine producing 345 CV. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds and has a removable soft-top roof. The first units will enter production at the beginning of Summer.

Following its official presentation at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, the Lotus Exige S Roadster will enter production at the beginning of Summer. For now, the English brand has not yet revealed the final prices of the convertible sports car that will attempt to bring back to life one of the greatest automotive names of all time, Lotus.
The Lotus Exige S Roadster has been designed, like the rest of the brand’s model range, with the aim of meeting customers’ needs for sportiness. In addition, this vehicle offers the option of removing the soft-top roof and driving with the top down while enjoying the roar of its powerful engine.

Mid-rear mounted, the Exige S Roadster hides a 3.5-litre V6 engine capable of delivering up to 345 CV of power and 400 Nm of torque to the rear wheels. Two gearbox options will be available, both with six speeds: a manual and an automatic. It is the same engine used in the Lotus Evora S.
Thanks to a power-to-weight ratio worthy of a true sports car, the Roadster is able to reach 100 km/h from a standstill in 4.1 seconds, while its top speed is 233 km/h. Lotus claims that fuel consumption has been reduced to 10.1 litres/100 km.
