The Microlino Spider is unveiled in Brussels to offer more urban mobility solutions

The Microlino has received a new version, designed to offer a more attractive image and the same sustainable service, with an open roof and great practicality.

The Brussels Motor Show has already begun, and we are starting to see the new models being presented at the event in the Belgian capital. One of the vehicles on display has been the new version of the small Microlino, a vehicle designed for city streets, fully electric, but also capable of covering many of the roads of Europe and even the United States.

The city and residential neighbourhoods are the main setting for this small electric city car. The Microlino Spider is the fourth version of the model, following the launch of the classic Microlino, the Microlino Lite and the Microlino Spiaggina.

The target audience for this microcar is people who need a reliable means of transport that is above all sustainable and low on consumption for short trips where a large car is not necessary. Although in Europe it may be intended for these journeys, in the United States it could be a perfect option for getting around golf courses and other similar services.

The Microlino Spider offers all the features of the other Microlino versions, but with several elements unique to this newly launched model.

The open roof offers the possibility of enjoying driving in the open air. But if you want protection from the elements, a fabric hood is also available to shield you from the sun. The marine inspiration can be seen in the steering wheel, thanks to wood inserts on this element and on the doors.

The colour appears differently depending on how the light hits it, shifting from blue to green and violet. And the well-known front entrance has been replaced by a side entrance. Inside we find colours such as blue and white.

The same technical platform as the rest of the Microlino variants, which means it has the same electric drive and the full range of colours for personalisation. It is capable of travelling at a top speed of 53 km/h, which makes it a very practical urban vehicle.
