Seventy thousand dollars, or what amounts to about 56,000 euros, is what the new limited-edition package that the Japanese company is currently building for the Lexus LF-A will cost. As Eduardo Fortes already revealed about a month ago, only 50 cars will be fitted with this package and therefore only 50 of the 500 customers who have reserved their LF-A will be able to order this special edition commemorative for the third time Lexus takes part in the 24 Hours of Nurburgring.

With a 4.8-litre V10 engine, the new package will give the Lexus 570 CV, and the brand even claims that around 10 extra CV can be added thanks to the aerodynamic elements fitted to the model. A specially designed suspension, high-grip tyres, a completely revolutionary front splitter and a newly designed rear wing, together with the new gearbox that cuts the gear-change time by 0.15 seconds, make the Lexus LF-A Nurburgring Edition an extremely fast car.

The total price of the model comes to about 375,000 dollars (€295,000) to which around 20,000 dollars (€15,000) can be added if you want a matt black exterior finish. To see this model in action we will have to wait until tomorrow, 13 May when the 24 Hours of Nurburgring get under way.
