The Peugeot 3008 and E-3008 come equipped with special Michelin tyres
The French tyre brand becomes the exclusive supplier for the innovative SUVs from Peugeot, with the aim of guaranteeing maximum safety and performance

The car manufacturer Peugeot has chosen Michelin as its exclusive tyre supplier for the new models Peugeot 3008 and E-3008, which are set to compete in their segment with their hybrid and electric offering.
Michelin, a recognised leader in tyre technology, has worked closely with Peugeot’s engineers over a rigorous three-year period to develop tyre ranges tailored to the demands and unique characteristics of these SUVs. The partnership is founded on the pursuit of maximum safety in both dry and wet conditions, without compromising durability or energy efficiency, areas in which Michelin excels.

The hybrid and fully electric versions of the Peugeot 3008 range will feature tyres specially designed to deliver safety, energy efficiency, durability and a pleasant drive, ensuring that these tyres are perfectly suited to the needs of European drivers, and manufactured as close as possible to the markets in order to offer a agile and rapid response to demand.
Tyre offering for these models
To cover the different variants of the Peugeot 3008 and E-3008, Michelin offers three tyre ranges: two summer and one All Season, all available for 19″ and 20″ wheels. Among them, the following stand out:
- MICHELIN e.PRIMACY: This revolutionary tyre is Michelin’s first designed with its entire life cycle in mind, from manufacturing to recycling. With an eco-conscious approach, it offers low rolling resistance and increases the range of electric vehicles, without compromising safety or durability. It will be available in three sizes to suit different models: 235/50 R 20 104V, 235/55 R 19 105V and 225/55 R 19 103V.
- MICHELIN CrossClimate 2 SUV: Peace of mind at the wheel is the promise of this versatile tyre, designed to face any weather and seasonal condition. It combines the advantages of summer tyres in terms of dry and wet braking with the performance of winter tyres for optimal traction in wintry conditions. Approved with the 3PMSF mark, it guarantees its effectiveness even in countries with harsh winter conditions.

The technological challenge
The additional weight and particular demands of electric vehicles represent a significant challenge for tyres. From mild hybrid technology through to fully electric models, Michelin has developed solutions that withstand the additional stresses caused by the increased weight and maximum torque from standstill, ensuring optimal wear and exceptional durability.
New Peugeot E-3008
In addition to its collaboration on the Peugeot 3008, Michelin also accompanies the arrival of the new E-3008, an electric SUV offered in three different variants. From the entry-level version with a 157 kW (210 CV) motor and 73 kWh battery to the Long Range version, which promises an impressive range of up to 700 km (WLTP), this vehicle incorporates the latest in electric and tyre technology for an exceptional driving experience.
