The Smart Fortwo gets updated

As the weeks go by and the 2012 Geneva Motor Show approaches, the various brands are showing us their novelties for this event. Now it’s the turn of Smart, which will travel to Switzerland with a refreshed range for the Fortwo.

This facelift mainly affects the front of the city car, where it stands out with integrated LED lights as an option or a new position for the Smart logo, which now sits on the upper grille.

At the rear, a redesigned bumper with diffuser is added. The engines remain the same, that is, in its petrol version we find four power outputs, which are 61, 71, 84 and 102 CV. In the diesel case, it will only be available with the 54 CV engine, which is homologated at a consumption of 3.3 litres per 100 km.
