These are the first images of the Citroën C4 Cactus

One day before its official presentation, the Citroën C4 Cactus has been seen in what we consider the first official images of the model.
In them we can get to know the shapes and the design of a truly eye-catching model, in which both the interior and the exterior are anything but conventional.
This production version shares many similarities with the C4 Cactus Concept that the French brand presented four months ago, which stood out above all for its technological and advanced approach.

For this reason, the C4 Cactus has kept most of the features that made the concept one of the most attractive models of the moment, such as the Airbumps or the layout of the dashboard, where spaciousness predominates.
On the exterior we find a robust and large body, in which the shape of the roof stands out: thanks to the dark paint on the A, B and C pillars, it seems to float above the rest of the car. Of course, the “Airbumps” play a key role in this model, spread along the sides, the rear and below the front headlights.
The Airbumps are flexible bumpers capable of absorbing low-speed impacts without damaging the bodywork, returning to their original shape without leaving marks and without the need to visit the workshop.

In the interior, the most striking feature is the dashboard, which does without a central console, creating a pleasant sense of spaciousness.
Both the instrumentation and the multimedia equipment are handled by two flat color screens, the multimedia one being touch-sensitive.
Although the concept C4 Cactus featured a hybrid solution, the production version is expected to be led by combustion engines, both diesel and petrol.
