These are the tyres that last the longest according to OCU
Do you want to know which are the tyres that last the longest according to OCU?

The Organización de Consumidores y Usuarios, better known as OCU, has carried out a study in which it analysed the responses of 52,000 drivers from five different countries. They were surveyed about the tyre brands they last purchased, the kilometres they have covered and their level of satisfaction. If you need to change your tyres soon, it may be helpful to you.
In addition, the survey carried out by OCU also assessed issues such as decision criteria and how often they replace the wheels on their cars. The main reason for replacing tyres among Spanish respondents, at 71%, was “when the rubber is already worn“. Likewise, only 18% of respondents change their tyres as a preventive measure, even if they are not worn. The remaining participants said their last change was when they “were forced to do so”, either due to an accident or a warning at the MOT/roadworthiness inspection.
Which tyres offer the longest service life according to OCU?
It is worth mentioning that most of the surveyed drivers trust their regular garage or choose their new tyres directly. In addition, what OCU promotes is that if you don’t know which are the best tyres, you can find out which tyre brands are the most reliable and long-lasting. Another striking finding is that 96% of respondents said they use summer tyres all year round.

Based on the responses of the 52,000 drivers surveyed, OCU has drawn up a list of the best tyres in terms of resistance and durability, based on the average kilometres covered. Here you can see the list of tyres that offer the longest service life.
