This is how the Porsche Cayman GT4 sounds with a competition exhaust system
The Porsche Cayman GT4 in the following video features a competition exhaust system (by Fabspeed) made of stainless steel. The roar is out of this world!
The sound of a sports car is one of its defining traits, and brands like Porsche take this very seriously. The Porsche Cayman GT4 (the most extreme version in the entire range) has a bright exhaust note, but some people are not satisfied with that… The competition components company Fabspeed set out to increase the sound of the Cayman GT4, and it has certainly succeeded!
The market is full of exhaust systems for the most extreme version of the Cayman, but if we had to choose just one, we would go for the stainless steel option created by Fabspeed. The sound the Cayman GT4 achieves with this system is in a league of its own. Its flat-six engine produces 385 CV, but that fades into the background when you hear its roar. The exhaust system in this video costs €3,035.38, but Fabspeed also offers a cheaper option at €1,607.67 (it remains to be seen whether the sound level is also halved). A personal recommendation: it’s worth using a good pair of headphones to listen to this video.

If you’re still unsure, this is the stock sound of the Cayman GT4. Judge for yourself…

After listening to both, which one would you choose?
