Three special editions to celebrate the 50th birthday of Mercedes-AMG

Mercedes AMG has unveiled three limited editions: Edition 50, Blue Ocean Edition and Night Edition.

Mercedes-AMG has revealed three special editions to mark its 50th anniversary. The following versions will soon reach the market: Mercedes-AMG GT C Roadster Edition 50, C63 Cabriolet Ocean Blue Edition, C63 S Cabriolet Ocean Blue Edition, C43 4Matic Coupé Night Edition and C43 4Matic Cabriolet Night Edition.

The Mercedes AMG GT C Roadster Edition 50, the model with which the performance division of Mercedes celebrates its 50th birthday, will be produced in 500 units. This model will be offered in two colour tones: graphite grey and magno white. This special edition features a series of parts finished in black chrome, such as the front splitter, side skirts, rear diffuser, front grille and exhaust tips. The Edition 50 also stands out for several elements made specifically by AMG: forged wheels, sports steering wheel and seats in black and silver napa leather. The AMG Night Package interior pack is also available as an option.

The Night Edition version, available on the Mercedes C43 4Matic Coupé and C43 4Matic Cabriolet, will feature the following elements: a front grille with a diamond effect, 19-inch alloy wheels in matt black, a front splitter finished in black, as well as a series of redesigned elements such as the side skirts and a small spoiler on the boot lid.

On the other hand, the Ocean Blue Edition versions will be limited to 150 units and will be fitted to the Mercedes AMG C63 and C63 S Cabriolet. The 4.0-litre V8 engine of the standard model remains unchanged in this edition; however, it includes a blue fabric roof, as well as several blue-coloured elements on the front bumper, rear diffuser and wheels. The body colours available for these models are magno white and selenite grey magno.

The order period for the three limited editions of Mercedes-AMG will open next March. The first units of the C63 and C43 variants will arrive in June, while those of the GT C Roadster Edition 50 will follow one month later.
