Top Gear Christmas special, Episode I

We already warned you: the BBC will broadcast two special episodes of Top Gear this Christmas, and yesterday the first of them could be seen. If you didn’t make it in time, don’t worry, because here we bring you the full episode.

This is what you’re going to see: a summary of the challenges they’ll tackle in the new season of Top Gear (for 2011), a comparison between the Ferrari 458 Italia, Mercedes SLS AMG and Porsche 911 GT3 RS, the news section and an interview with British film director Danny Boyle. Lots of great stuff.

The opening summary of the 2011 challenges is enough to make your mouth water. Pagani Zonda R, Ferrari 599 GTO, F40 vs 959, Ariel Atom V8 vs motorcycle (I’m not sure, but I think a BMW S1000 RR) and much more.

The comparison between the Ferrari, Mercedes and Porsche takes place across the United States, it’s entertaining and includes spectacular images of New York City. Finally, the news section and the interview with Danny Boyle (director of films such as The Beach and Slumdog Millionaire) are also interesting.
