Top10: the most searched cars on Instagram
Social networks are the daily bread of millions of people, offering a wide variety of content in many formats. In the case of Instagram, a social network focused on photography with millions of users around the world.
On it we can upload everything from photos with family or friends, trips and concerts, among many other things. Since our world is cars, today we bring you the 10 most searched cars on Instagram.
10. Audi R8 (2,900,314)
The supercar, the flagship of the brand Audi could not be missing from this ranking. Nearly 3 million searches, it is a car much loved by motoring enthusiasts for its power and design.
This year we already have its 2019 version, which does not disappoint anyone with its 570 CV. However, for those who like even more power, they can find a commemorative edition of the Audi R8 with a V10 and 620 CV.

9. Lamborghini Aventador (3,085,336)
A classic on Instagram; we have all seen some impressive video or image of this Italian sports car known worldwide. Its variety of customization options and its eye-catching colours have always made it an attractive and magical car.

8. BMW M4 (3,432,052)
The sports cars of the BMW brand are always synonymous with success on Instagram, so the BMW M4 ranks eighth among the most searched cars with nearly 3.5 million searches. Perhaps it is its styling, its power, or the interest in buying one; what we do know is that wherever it goes, it triumphs.

7. Chevrolet Corvette (3,963,740)
In seventh place, a true classic. The vehicle from the Fast and Furious saga that draws thousands of followers and fans. A sports car with one of the best sounds in history; you notice its presence from afar, which is why nearly 4 million searches are made for this vehicle.

6. Chevrolet Camaro (4,686,969)
Another historic car, with a version that could debut this year with almost 700 CV and a V8 engine. We do not know whether it will be among Instagram’s most searched cars because of its history or because people are looking for leaks of its new model, but what we do know is that it is a sports car that never goes out of style.

5. Jeep Wrangler (5,137,019)
Surprising, isn’t it? Used to seeing supercars, luxury cars and bright colours, then the Jeep Wrangler arrives and takes fifth place among Instagram’s most searched cars with more than 5 million searches. This off-roader wins over anyone; it comes in two very powerful versions, one with 200 CV and another with 270 CV, so perhaps it is not all about looks.

4. BMW M3 (5,817,457)
As mentioned, the sporting family of BMW never disappoints, placed fourth but aiming to climb further. One of the reasons may be the upcoming BMW M3, due in 2020, which will have 486 CV of power.

3. Nissan GT-R (7,019,123)
A car loved by many and hated by few, a sports car capable of anything, with astonishing performance, already part of the history of tuning and the automotive world: the Japanese car par excellence. Renewed from start to finish and constantly evolving, it ranks third among Instagram’s most searched cars.

2. Honda Civic (7,402,365)
In second place, and quite close behind, comes another vehicle from the Asian continent, the Honda Civic, a car that since its latest model debuted has received nothing but praise and good results. Wherever it goes, it sets new records, such as fast laps on the world’s most important circuits.

1.Ford Mustang (11,947,872)
And finally, with an overwhelming lead over the runner-up, we find another jewel of the motoring world, the Ford Mustang, an iconic car that everyone likes and that will always endure on the roads. With almost 12 million searches, it becomes the most searched car on Instagram. A car that, luckily, our colleagues at PaellaMotor had the pleasure of driving and showing us its secrets.
We do not know whether these cars will keep triumphing or whether they only do so on Instagram; what we do know is that the most searched cars on Google vary.
