A 3,000 CV car will debut at the end of August

The car called “Red Victor 3” will compete in a dragster race during the VXR Power Festival, which will take place on August 28 at the Silverstone circuit (United Kingdom).

It could be said that the most notable feature of this tuning is its power, so it is easy to point out that it can exceed 385 km/h without much effort by the end of the quarter-mile; this monster is the result of the cooperation between the Vauxhall VXR team and the company Red Victor, founded by Andy Frost.

The car is based on the 1967 Vauxhall Victor FD, which was equipped with a 8.8L Twin Turbo V8 engine, meaning that since that era the sports car has offered 3,000 horsepower; for that reason, the update focuses on minor mechanical revisions and the addition of an aerodynamic package.

But what really catches the eye is that the Red Victor 3 will be able to drive on the streets legally; I imagine its owner must be proud of his car.
