You have just over a day to take a gamble and buy the Bugatti Veyron that fell into a lake in the USA more than a year ago, an event that seemed to have no impact on its owner’s purchasing power, since he replaced it with another Veyron.

It seems the insurance company has put the water-damaged Veyron up for auction. Through the auction listing page, you can see that the water damage is quite significant due to rust. And let’s not forget the V16 that kept running for several minutes, still underwater.

A couple of curiosities: the repair cost of the Veyron is valued at 1 dollar (I’m afraid a few zeros have gone missing along the way), while the car’s current value is listed at 1,500,000. And if you look at the photos, the exterior damage isn’t obvious, but for the interior and the engine you’ll have to start searching for the zeros we were missing.
