Aston Martin Vanquish Volante, spy video

Following the arrival of the Aston Martin Vanquish, the successor to the brand-new DBS, the engineers and test drivers of the English luxury marque have set to work with the aim of fine-tuning every last detail of the convertible version, the Vanquish Volante.

Testing a model over thousands and thousands of kilometres means not only solving problems or improving the vehicle itself, but also that there is always the chance that a local spy will pull out a camera or video recorder and decide to film you in the middle of your feat. This last thing happened a few days ago with the Aston Martin Vanquish Volante when a company driver was refuelling in the north of the planet.

Since the luxury convertible was not officially presented at the Geneva Motor Show last March 2013, we assume that it will be unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show after this summer.

The design of the supercar does not seem to have undergone any change except for the replacement of the aluminium roof with a retractable fabric soft top.
