Audi A7 Sportback, information and equipment

Audi shows us today in great detail the new A7 Sportback with which they aim to combine in one the comfort of travelling in a saloon with sporty driving. This five-door coupé has very generous dimensions, about 4.97 metres long, 1.91 metres wide and only about 1.42 metres tall.
On the outside, the Audi A7 Sportback stands out for several elements, such as its front headlights which feature the xenon plus technology from Audi. In addition to 18-inch alloy wheels which come as standard, or the electrically foldable power mirrors.
Along with these elements, the bodywork also features a rear spoiler that rises automatically from 130 km/h, or a chrome twin exhaust outlet. Overall, it presents an exterior that combines an exclusive design with a sporty character and innovative technology.

Its interior, meanwhile, comes as standard with Horizon cloth upholstery, although Milano and Valcona leather can also be added as an option. It is dominated by aluminium inserts and features a multifunction steering wheel and electric front seats. It incorporates the MMI radio plus which includes the driver information system (FIS), which, depending on the version, comes with a 7-inch colour screen. The A7 Sportback also adds familiar elements such as the two-zone climate control, automatic lights and wipers, or cruise control.
As for standard equipment, it is very complete, as it includes the energy recovery system and the start-stop system, electric lumbar support, MMI plus radio with a 6.5-inch monitor, along with the Audi Sound system with Bluetooth. Meanwhile, the exterior highlights the rear light clusters and LED indicators, the latter located in the heated exterior mirrors. In terms of safety, it incorporates 8 airbags along with the Audi pre sense basic system.

The list of options for the Audi A7 is quite long: there are up to eleven different colours for the bodywork, and it can even be personalised. The 18-inch wheels fitted as standard can be swapped for five different designs between 19 and 20 inches. For interior comfort, there is a wide range of possibilities such as four-zone climate control, a rear-view camera, or electric adjustment with memory. Beyond aesthetics and comfort, it can also be completed with other elements such as the sport differential for quattro traction or adaptive air suspension.
The engines are direct-injection V6s: two petrol and two diesel. The petrol versions are therefore the 2.8 FSI 204 CV quattro S tronic and the 3.0 TFSI 300 CV quattro S tronic. On the diesel side there are the 3.0 TDI 204 CV multitronic and the 3.0 TDI 245 CV quattro S tronic. All of them have 7 gears, except the 204 CV TDI, which has one more.

All this means that to get an A7 Sportback with the 3.0 TDI 245 CV engine you will have to pay at least around 57,440 euros.
