Audi Connect: now with Amazon Music and coverage of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia
Audi Connect, the connectivity service of Audi, introduces two major new features for music and football lovers.
Audi Connect, the connectivity system of the brand with the four rings, now offers Amazon Music and an exclusive World Cup coverage service in Russia, two additions that make Audi Connect one of the most complete connectivity services on the market. Both services are available on the infotainment system of Audi cars.
Amazon Music: the Spotify of the online sales giant

Amazon Music is a streaming service similar to Spotify offering up to 50 million songs and covering various live broadcasts (football and other sporting events). The manual text entry of Audi cars allows you to search for all kinds of songs and artists, which appear in the car’s multimedia system in real time after typing just a few characters.
To use Amazon Music you need to have the myAudi app (free) installed on your smartphone and a SIM card with a data plan associated with the car; this can be your own SIM card or the one fitted as standard in all Audi vehicles and in the Audi Connect system.

Amazon Music works over WiFi, so simply connect your smartphone to the car’s infotainment system this way to enjoy Amazon’s streaming service.
Amazon Music is available on all Audi cars equipped with the MIB 2 or MIB2+ infotainment systems. The streaming service is currently offered by Audi in several countries: France, Spain, the United Kingdom, Italy and the USA.
Special coverage of the 2018 World Cup in Russia

In addition to Amazon Music, the Audi connectivity system now includes a very special service for football fans: temporary news coverage of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia. The service Audi will offer for the tournament has been named “2018 World Cup Ticker” and will provide coverage similar to that which Audi offered during the 2016 European Championship. This service keeps drivers informed about news from the various national teams, the match schedule, and the results and standings of the tournament. The “2018 World Cup Ticker” service requires an active data connection and is available on the 3G+, MIB1 or MIB2 infotainment systems of the German manufacturer.
