Audi publishes sketches of the new A8, A7 and A5 Sportback and Cabriolet

With no concepts or spy shots to go on, Audi has published sketches of the new Audi A8, the Audi A7 and two versions of the A5, the A5 Sportback and the Cabriolet. The sketches of the latter arrive a little late, since spy photos of it have already leaked.

As for the others, though, they are interesting because they give us a preview of the line, or rather the lines, that Audi will follow with its models. The opening photo shows the sketch of the Audi A7.

By contrast, the Audi A8 (top image) takes on sportier lines and shows an A8 closer to the current design of Audi models, with that pronounced sportiness.

And finally we have the A5 Sportback, where the sketch is much more defined and one can see more clearly what the production model could be. The Audi A5 Sportback is aimed directly at the segment of the VW Passat CC.

They also published the sketch of the Audi A5 Cabriolet, but having seen the spy photos of the S5, we already have a fair idea of what the next Audi convertible will look like.
