Bentley announces the Mulsanne 95

Bentley celebrates its 95th anniversary in the United Kingdom in 2014 and, to mark the occasion, has created a new limited edition of the Mulsanne commemorating it. Its name only features the number of years the brand has been in its country of origin, and its development has been handled by its Mulliner division. Only fifteen units of this edition will be built, all reserved for the British market.
The Mulsanne 95 is offered in three exterior shades developed exclusively for this limited series: Britannia Blue, Empire Red and Oxford White. Other specific details include the 21-inch five-spoke wheels and the dark coating applied to the winged “B” figurine that crowns the front of the Mulsanne.

Inside, the “95” logo can be seen on the wood veneer covering the glovebox lid and on the backrests of both the front and rear seats, while a plate with the illuminated “NINETY FIVE” logo sits at the bottom of the doors. It may not look like it at first glance, but even the wood used in the veneers has a special character.
This material comes from a walnut tree between 300 and 400 years old, which was felled by lightning at Fulbeck Hall, Lincolnshire, in 2007. The contrast it creates with the white leather upholstery on the seats and the blue leather on the upper part of the dashboard and the floor mats, combined with the red stitching, gives the Mulsanne 95 an even more distinctive touch.
