Black Crystal, that's the name of Larte Design's new Mercedes-Benz V-Class
It’s called Black Crystal and it is a Mercedes-Benz V-Class prepared by Larte Design. It is finished in black and grey with red details and carbon fibre.

We agree that vans are not usually, exactly, a good base for this type of preparation, but Larte Design has moved away from its usual business and has put the spotlight on a Mercedes-Benz V-Class.
It is called Black Crystal and, as can be seen in the images, the model has received an exterior makeover. It now wears two-tone paint, specifically black and grey. The two are separated by a red stripe.

Some of the accessories from the aftermarket used in the build are made of carbon fibre, although they can also be finished in matt black. Which do you prefer?
The body kit used consists of a new, reworked front bumper with new inserts, LED lights and two black Swarovski crystals, and a remodelled grille featuring the tuner’s logo in place of the traditional three-pointed star.

The sill panels have also been differentiated, as have the rear bumpers, which now fit a diffuser. The brake light is F1-style and has four exhaust outlets. The tuner, Larte Design, has also added the ‘Black Crystal’ badge on the tailgate. In addition, the new Larte Design V-Class also features a set of multi-spoke lightweight alloy wheels.
Unfortunately, the tuner has not provided any images of the interior, which probably means everything has been kept standard. But don’t worry, because you’re still looking at a premium German van, which is very well specified, with the usual leather trim wrapping most of the touch surfaces, comfortable seats, privacy glass, an infotainment system, climate control and plenty of storage space. The versatile seat layout can also be adjusted to suit different needs.

The interior of the V-Class Black Crystal was built by Klassen, a German company specialising in work like this. It is unclear whether Klassen was responsible only for the execution or also played a role in the cabin design, but what we do know is that the interior is so busy it literally hurts the eyes and tires the brain. Look at it for a few seconds and then close your eyes: it’s still there, right?
Those large veneered surfaces look like a sort of marble stone. We have no doubt that all the materials used are of high quality and the craftsmanship is impeccable; it’s just that luxury is more than simply piling as many expensive things as possible into one place. And that is exactly what Larte Design seems to have done with the Mercedes-Benz V-Class Black Crystal.
Larte Design has also confirmed that about 6 hours are needed to fit the parts, while those who want this exact look will have to part with their V-Class for roughly 10 days. The price of the whole build is available on contacting the tuner.
It is not the first time Larte Design has worked on the Mercedes-Benz V-Class, as back in 2016 the tuner developed a more aggressive new look for the passenger model.
